This customer (situated in the village of Datchworth) wanted to brighten up and create a much more usable space on a bland, sloping, clay ground, unusable area to the side of the house. We liaised with the customer and came up with a ‘game plan’ working to their initial ideas and vision. We leveled the ground taking care that all surface water ran into the newly installed corner gulley that would then take the surface rainwater to the correct water outlets.

This Letchworth customer had recently moved into this property and wanted to upgrade the aged (70’s style) concrete front driveway. The actual physical size of the frontage and the number of cars that it could hold was not the issue, the issue was the aesthetics of the harsh looking expanse of concrete along with the adjacent land to the left side falling away and not being level ground.

This Baldock based customer wanted to create a more visually appealing frontage to the existing house whilst still keeping the practicality of having off road parking for two cars (in what is a very tight back street cul-de-sac)
